Our top realtors in Dallas TX take a lease-up charge to cover the cost of marketing channel setup, lock boxes, showing trips and so forth. The general fee is 80% of the first month rent.
MANAGEMENT COST
During the lease, we will charge a certain percentage of monthly rent as a management fee, which may vary subject to the size, location and condition of the house. The typical management fee is 7% of the monthly rent.
REPAIR COST
